Cooling, but still nice.

Though growth has slowed, it is still a great time to buy or sell in South Florida. With home prices up 8% since May 2014, sellers are getting some relief.

Stability appears to be setting in. However, the new changes coming from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau may throw a monkeywrench into the system until the lenders, consumers, and middlemen all have a chance to understand and adjust to the changes.

Either way, a smart way to protect yourself in such a large financial transaction is to have an experienced attorney representing you. Nothing can turn a dream into a nightmare faster than discovering issues after the fact that could have been resolved prior to being committed to the deal.
